There is an amazing back deck, a calming fountain and pond, and over an acre of extremely well cared for grounds. The backyard features relaxing elements for just about anyone and adds a swing set and clubhouse for the younger travelers to enjoy their stay as well.

Inside there is a spacious living room to gather and visit, or you can flip on the 65" Smart TV and add your accounts to watch your favorite shows. If you still have some energy to burn off, enjoy a little ping-pong in the game room.

Cotton Corner is one of the easiest access vacation rentals in the area. The driveway is flat and provides roughly 100 yards of outside parking and ends at the 2-car garage for some inside parking too. When you don't want to drive, there are cab companies ready to whisk you anywhere in the Northern Hills.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
